Portkeys monitor allows you to control your favorite cameras by using the intuitive touchscreen of the BM5WR/BM5III/LH5P. Portkeys monitors were designed to give you fast access to the most crucial camera features. Focus on the beautiful image and make dynamic adjustments of white balance, ISO, REC, AUTOFOCUS, and FOCUS +/-. With the optional Portkeys’ Type-C (USB-C) cable, support is available out the box for the Panasonic series camera, providing direct control of all the menu configurations. The additional remote control ports on the Portkeys monitor also provide support for future developments, as more options are added for touch screen camera control.
Setup Camera Control Panasonic BGH1/GH5/GH5S/S1/S1H/S1R/S5/G9
Establishing all physical connections, including connecting the power supply for the Portkeys monitor, connecting your camera to Portkeys monitor using the correct control cable, as well as set up a wired HDMI or SDI connection, you should be able to use the control functionality.
- On your monitor, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the “Camera Control” settings.
2. Tap the “BMPCC(BLE)” icon on the right panel of the screen, select your camera model options: Panasonic (Remote).
