The free shipping service is limited to the official standard package, which includes two cables. The cables are designated and cannot be replaced. We have the inventory of the product in the local warehouse and will use the local delivery service in specific countries (including the United States, EU member states, and countries near Poland) to arrange and send them. When the local warehouse has stock, we will give priority to the delivery from the local warehouse so that you can receive the products faster without worrying about tariffs.

Free shipping service is limited to designated countries/regions. These regions include the United States, EU member states, and countries near Poland.
- Free U.S. Ground Shipping only valid for the continental 48 States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the other U.S. territories.
- Free shipping areas in Europe include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

To be clear, orders are only shipped on working days. International shipping speed may vary due to customs delays. The payment of taxes and duties is the responsibility of the recipient. Portkey is not responsible for other delays caused by weather or third-party transportation companies in the transportation process. To be clear, the risk of damage or loss passes to you when the shipment leaves our facility. If in an unfortunate circumstance the shipment is damaged or lost during transit, you have the option of filing a claim with the shipping company (whether it is insured or not) and the shipping company may decide to pay or refuse the claim. We have no control over that decision, but we are happy to provide assistance in gathering any documentation (such as a copy of the Commercial invoice) that may be needed for this process through our support department.

By using local warehouses, delivery time will be shortened and customs issues will become easier. If the local warehouse out of stock, we will send the email information to you that the local warehouse estimated in-stock date. According to the customer needs, you can choose the wait for the local warehouse in stock or shipment from our country at once. If it is temporarily unavailable in your delivery address area, we will notify you and change to ship from our country.
