If you're in the market for a new camera, I highly recommend the Canon M50. It's easy to use and takes great photos. Although it's not as big or fancy as some of the other cameras out there, it does everything I need it to do and more!
The Canon M50 is a good camera for the price. It provides a lot of features and has excellent quality, but it's not perfect.
Pros:
Good price
Good quality

Good camera for beginners, professionals, advanced amateurs
The monitor on the Canon M50 is large and easy to see. It features a 3-inch LCD screen with a 1,040K-dot resolution, which makes it quite bright and easy to see in bright light. Additionally, the monitor can be rotated 180 degrees for selfies or vlogs and also adjusted up or down for easier viewing. There's even an eye sensor that adjusts the brightness based on your surroundings. I've found all of these features to be very helpful when shooting outdoors during daylight hours.
The monitor can rotate on the Canon M50. The screen is a touchscreen, so you can use it in portrait mode if you'd like to shoot that way. It's easy to rotate it back and forth, too—just push down on the monitor and turn it to adjust its position.

I like to use my Canon M50 to take pictures of my kids. It's a great camera for that purpose because it's so easy to carry around and use. Even if we're out hiking or biking, I can easily bring the camera with me in one hand while still holding onto my kid's hand with the other. The images are also nice and sharp, even when we're shooting outdoors in bright light or indoors under low lighting conditions.
I've taken several hundred photos with this model over the last year and have found that they all turn out well enough to print at home on photo paper without any additional editing needed (other than cropping).
