The Camera Control of Portkeys monitors are available for Canon cameras via LANC control cable, Type-C (USB-C)control cable, MINI USB control cable, or Micro USB control cable.
How does Portkeys monitor control Canon camera?
Establishing all physical connections, including connecting power supply for the Portkeys monitor, connecting your camera to Portkeys monitor using correct cable, as well as setup a wired HDMI or SDI connection, you should be able to use the control functionality.

On your monitor, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the “Camera Control” settings. Tap the “ BMPCC(BLE)” icon on the right panel of the screen, select your camera model options: Canon or Canon(LANC).
