How to trade-in your old BM5
1. Contact Us.
First, take a photo of your old model, send photos and videos of the normal

And attach the picture of the product barcode on the back of the machine.
2. Assessment.
- Should be in good condition.
- Provide video to prove that BM5 can boot normally.
- Photo of product barcode.
After that, you will receive the next step in the email.
3. Ship.
Ship the old BM5 to the designated delivery address.

1）Please ship your old monitor for trade-in via Postal service and declare $20 when shipping. Otherwise, it will have a high tax if declare the high amount.
*Please note your name and Trade-in BM5 in your package.
2) Shipping fees need to be paid by yourself.
3) Provide us with your tracking number.
4. Inspection and Confirmation.
After we receive the old machine, we will complete the inspection within 48 hours.
5. Get your New BM5WR.
