When you are shopping for a monitor stand, it's important that you know what size screws your monitor requires. The most popular sizes are M4 and M6. If you have a different sized screw, there is an adapter that you can use to make sure that the mount works with your monitor.

This will allow the monitor to be firmly attached to the wall and prevent any wobbling or tilting while in use. To remove the stand from your monitor, use a small Phillips head screwdriver in order to undo the screws at each corner of the screen frame. Then, lift off your monitor's stand and replace it with one made for mounting purposes (if applicable).
If you're using an adapter, tighten the screws with a screwdriver. When you're done, remove the adapter and tighten the monitor stand's original screws.
If you're not using an adapter, use a flat-head or Phillips head screwdriver to loosen and tighten the screws as needed.
