Touch screen monitors are ideal for your PC because they offer a way to interact with your computer that is more similar to how we interact with our smartphones. Dell T2314H - This is also a 22-inch touch screen monitor that has full HD resolution of 1920x1080p, built-in speakers and many other features that make it compatible with Windows 10/8/7 computers, tablets, laptops and other devices that support 1080p output resolution. The Dell T2314H has VGA / DVI ports for connectivity purposes; however if you want more options then go for the AOC PDS241 which has HDMI port instead of VGA/DVI ports but costs slightly more than Dell’s offering (around $250).*
